Returns Policy

Do to the nature of our products (freshly hand made), all sales are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges.If you have any questions about our products please do not hesitate to email us at before you place your order!


In the rare instance that your package is lost, please contact us at and we'll do our best to solve the problem unless it is lost under these circumstances


 Customer provided a wrong shipping address.

-If you provided us with a wrong address, and the package is returned to us, we will reship it, but will ask that you cover the additional shipping charges. If the package is delivered to the address you selected when checking out, we are unable to reimburse you.


If product arrives damaged or broken, we are happy to send a replacement as long as you are able to send us a photo of the damaged goods (to help us understand what happened) within 24 hours of receiving the package to Once we receive your email we will be in contact shortly to send out a new package.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

Shipping times to international and overseas destinations can take anywhere from 2-10 weeks depending on your location. These shipping times are not guaranteed but an estimation. We are not responsible for addition duties, taxes or custom delays. Keep in mind international shipments may be delayed in customs. Check with your post office with any question on receiving international shipments.

(We do not recommend shipping our whipped body butter internationally, but some customers have received it successfully!)
